when you place an order with Yonnie's is used solely to
process your order. To efficiently meet our commitment to our
customers, we need your name, address, telephone number and
email address along with the shipping information of your gift
recipient. Information may be used to contact you should
there be any question concerning your order. We do send
email notification and/or receipt when your gift is shipped.

order processing are safe and secure.

on our customer database information and we periodically send
our newsletter to advise of special sales, new items and
gifting news. However, if you choose to do so you may always
opt out of receiving newsletters and we honor such requests

Destinations
We only ship within the contintental
United States - We do NOT ship to any
international destinations at this time.
Payment Options
You may charge your gift purchases to your Visa, American
Express, MasterCard, or Discover Cards.
Personal check or money order sent to us via U. S. Mail
using our printed order form.
Pay Pal payments
Orders shipped to New Jersey destinations are subject
to 7% New Jersey State Sales Tax.
We cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

number one priority. Our commitment is to provide our
customers with high quality and exceptional service. Our staff
is well trained in package and shipping techniques to ensure
that your gift arrives in perfect condition and that its
presentation will dazzle the recipient and directly reflect on
your caring and thoughtfulness as the giver.
Product
Substitutions We reserve the right to substitute items
due to seasonal and/or supplier availability. Sometimes there
may be an unusual circumstance in which we must exercise the
right of item substitution so as not to delay shipment of your
gift. We will always choose items of equal or greater value
maintaining our standard of using products of the highest
quality.
Canceling or Changing your
Order Immediately upon placing your order, we make
every effort to promptly design and ship your gift. If you
should find it necessary to cancel your order, you must do so
within 24 hours by calling 856-728-7447 or by email to
info@basketsbyyonnie.com with the subject line: Order
Cancellation. If your gift ships, the order obviously cannot
be canceled. Should the gift recipient return the gift to us,
unopened, 48 hours after receipt, we will credit your account
minus the shipping and handling fee.
Should you
forget to inform us of your gift card sentiments, you may
furnish such information by email within 24 hours. All gifts
in which a personal sentiment has not been provided are
shipped with a A Gift For You gift card with the recipient's
name and you as the sender.
Return
Policy Extreme care is taken in the design,
preparation, packaging and shipment of your gift. Should the
unthinkable happen, and your gift is received damaged, notify
us immediately by phone. The damaged gift must be
returned unopened in the original carton within 5
days of receipt. We will promptly send an upgraded value
replacement.
Return Policy - Special Orders and
FREE shipment Seasonal Specials We cannot accept
returns on special orders for which we have personally shopped
and purchased items specifically for your custom request.
Seasonal Christmas period: Only damaged
items may be returned.
Safety Concerns You
may wonder why we address safety concerns. Your gift is
intended to bring the recipient great pleasure when received.
Many of our gifts contain enhancements to enrich their
presentation. These items are for decorative purposes only.
Small children or pets should not unintentionally obtain them.
Should a gift be purchased for a small child, the parent or
other adult who can determine the suitability of these
enhancements along with the maturity of the child should
monitor the receipt, opening and use of such
gift.
Candle gifts should be used with care: Never
leave candles burning unattended. Always use candles on a
non-flammable surface such as a candleholder, tray or dish
specifically designed for the safe burning of candles.
